Driving other than in accordance with the conditions of a driving licence

There are various reasons why people drive without a valid driving licence; some people have never held a licence, if this is you, then we can help present your case and personal mitigation to the Court.

You may have been disqualified and automatically assumed that at the end of your disqualification period, your licence was resurrected and you could drive again;

There may have been proceedings that you knew nothing about which resulted in your licence being revoked, but you knew nothing about it.

Don’t worry, whatever the problem is we can help you sort it out. The one thing you don’t want, is any further points/endorsements. Why not contact us and speak to a solicitor to discuss your options.

No insurance

Carrying potential endorsements of 6 to 8 points or even a disqualification, (depending on the circumstances), this is an offence to be taken seriously.

It may be that you have received a summons or maybe you were stopped by the police who have seized your car because you are not insured.

There are defences available to you and we can help you navigate the police and court procedures so why not call us and speak to a solicitor.

No MOT test certificate

Although being prosecuted for this offence will not result in any points being endorsed on your licence, the Courts can impose a financial penalty which can be increased if you are the owner and driver or the employer if the vehicle is used in the course of as business. There will also be prosecution costs to pay and a Victim Surcharge Fine.
