I would just like to say how grateful I am to Chris for his effort in bringing my case to a successful conclusion. I contacted him just after my arrest on Christmas Eve last year. He spoke to me during the Christmas holidays and quickly identified a defence to my drink driving charge. He told the Court on 10 January about the defence and despite the fact that they tried to convict me eventually at Court on 12 October the Prosecution agreed with Chris and offered no evidence. Chris recently represented me in a drink driving case before the Worksop Magistrates. I was thoroughly delighted with the result but the magistrates were able to accept that I only drove for a short distance in particularly difficult circumstances and allowed me to keep my licence. I recently was represented by Mr Sweetman at Northwich Magistrates’ Court for an allegation of drink driving. This is the second time I had been before the Courts for this.
